Background
Explored the viability of virtual reality (VR) concepts. Ran both qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate and inform the creation of concept messaging. Results showed that messages clearly illustrating common use cases resonated with consumers, while messages that were too abstract or absent of clear examples tested poorly. Our research also indicated that talking too much about how advanced the new concept is can be off-putting to consumers, as they feel that it will be too difficult to understand and use.
