Background

Completed a research project for Dell evaluating their product catalog targeting small to mid-size businesses. I used A/B testing to evaluate the multiple versions of content among business owners. The study plan was designed to uncover layout, messaging and visual feedback in order to ensure the correct product information was in place. I also identified gaps in the content, such as specifications, that could cause customer confusion or affect the purchase process. Our findings helped Dell ensure their product catalog was optimized for the best customer experience to drive action.
